SISPAD 2019 in Udine

The 24th edition of the International Conference on Simulation of Semiconductor Processes and Devices (SISPAD 2019) has been held in Palazzo di Toppo Wassermann, in September 2019.

The nanoelectronics group at UNIUD has been proud to organize the 24th edition of the International Conference on Simulation of Semiconductor Processes and Devices (SISPAD 2019), that's been held in Palazzo di Toppo Wassermann, in September 2019.
The longevity of the SISPAD conference stems from its ability to stay at the forefront of the hot topics in the field of simulation of semiconductor processes and devices. 
This year’s conference offered 3 plenary invited presentations, 3 invited talks, 64 contributed papers and 27 posters, that were selected out of 136 submitted abstracts.
