ULIS 2022

The 8th Joint International EuroSOI Workshop and International Conference on Ultimate Integration on Silicon (EuroSOI-ULIS) was held at Palazzo Antonini, Udine, on May 18-20, 2022. Approximately 80 researchers registered for the conference from countries ranging from Europe, South and North America and Asia. The organizing committee included Profs Palestri, Esseni, Driussi and Lizzit.
