ESSERC 2024 in Bruges

09/18/2024

50th IEEE European Solid-State Electronics Research Conference - ESSERC 2024

The aim of the European Solid State Electronics Research Conference (ESSERC) is to provide an annual European forum for the presentation and discussion of recent advances in solid-state devices and circuits, for both academia and industry researchers. The broad scope of topics, ranging from technological advances to AI and ML techniques in hardware implementation, makes the conference truly interdisciplinary. In this latter respect, the level of integration for system-on-chip design has been rapidly increasing, enabled by advances in semiconductor technology. Therefore, more than ever before, a deeper interaction among technologists, device experts, IC and system designers is advantageous.

During the conference, Erica presented the original contribution entitled "Access region resistance in graphene Dirac-Source FETs: a Transfer-Matrix based study", whose topic is related to the Horizon Europe project AttoSwitch. Congratulations to Erica!
