ESSDERC 2022

09/19/2022

IEEE 52nd European Solid-State Device Research Conference at Università degli Studi di MILANO - BICOCCA.

ESSDERC-ESSCIRC is the most important and prestigious scientific conference on integrated circuits design and technology in Europe with more than 600 participants including researchers from industry and academia, and students from all around the world (from electrical engineering and microelectronics areas, etc.).

Mattia Segatto presented a work in collaboration with NaMLab with titled "Polarization Switching and AC Small–Signal Capacitance in Ferroelectric Tunnel Junctions". Another contribution from this reasearch group has been given by Daniel Lizzit with the talk "Multi-Level Operation of FeFETs Memristors: the Crucial Role of Three Dimensional Effects".

Moreover, David Esseni has been a co-organizer of the workshop "BEOL Compatible Ferroelectric Device Technologies for Neuromorphic
Computing" that's been held on Monday September 19, where Daniel Lizzit delivered the presentation "Modelling and device design options for BEOL-compatible  ferroelectric-based transistors for neuromorphic applications".
