EDTM2025
Established and sponsored by the IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS), the IEEE Electron Devices Technology and Manufacturing Conference (EDTM) is the premier event in Asia in the field of EDS. IEEE EDTM provides a unique forum for presentation and discussion of recent advances on a broad range of device/manufacturing-related topics, where device, process, material, and tool communities gather and discuss their novel ideas for technological breakthrough. IEEE EDTM rotates among Asian countries where hot-hubs of semiconductor manufacturing are located.
This year it took place in Hong Kong. During the conference, Chiara Rossi presented the original contribution “Modelling
and Design of Short Channel Ferroelectric FETs with a Metal Interlayer easing the Multilevel Operation”. The research work, which lead to the results presented at the conference, has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe
research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Postdoctoral Fellowships, project No. 101108023 (EASIFeT), and under FIXIT (GA No. 101135398)
